have you guys gotten anything done in the last week while i was away??
would you be free to meet this fri & sat??? the weather is supposed to be mostly sunny/partly cloudy and 12-13 degrees.
we really need to get this done!! i have a final on the 18th would rather not wait till the last minute to finish this project cause i really have to study.
also, i feel like bill & i have done a lot of work on the logo and the campaign concept... do you think that todd and moose could maybe work on the group document a little (possibly even before we meet)??... ie: research, competitive set, design brief/return brief, etc.
also... have we figured out a slogan/phrase that we are going with for the campaign?
hey Mel, me and moose have the ball and chain about 80% done, it looks pretty cool and stinks so bad. we still need to collect more butts for it tho, so if we all come to uni tomorrow we can either get some off the grounds around uni, i rekon there will be enough, otherwise we can go into town to get the rest.
I've also done a few mock ups for typography and written a bit of body text for the posters, but im at uni now and its all at home.
some of the slogans i was working on are:
Smoking Is Such a Drag
Don't Let smoking drag you down
Smoking takes you out of the picture
Smoking's Heavy Stuff
The longer slogans actually look cool in poster format, i've been using really heavy thick typefaces with text all over the place.
Im cool to meet up tomorrow but i'll be in sydney on saturday and am busy that night too.
I've also got a thing on tomorrow night but thats not till like 6 so im cool to work all day.
We also need to take some photos. So maybe some of us can work on the ball and chain while the oher half get a camera from 25 and take some shots, i rekon 3-5 shots are good though it all depends on weather
